  • Nonprofit rates on everything. No surprise bills.
How long does it take?
  • First conversation: 45 minutes, with recommendations within a week.
  • Policy Starter: 2–3 weeks.
  • Jumpstart (policy, setup, first automations, training): about 30 days.
  • Training: starts in about 2 weeks; board briefings take 90 minutes.
  • Retainer: starts next month; change or cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is our data safe?
  • Your data stays in your systems. We work inside your accounts, under your control.
  • We never copy or store your data, and neither do our partners.
  • Business-grade tools only, from vendors with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 security.
  • Training uses sample data unless you choose otherwise.
  • You can remove our access at any time.

  • Registered 501(c)(3) public charities and private foundations
  • Fiscally sponsored projects of a 501(c)(3)
  • Equivalent registered charities outside the U.S.
  • Send your IRS determination letter (or equivalent) with your request.
